    • I enjoyed your story. I’ve not had a hearing disability, it was a learning and comprehensive one. I couldn’t remember a thing that I read. I even reread the same sentence several times but couldn’t comprehend what I was reading, from senetance to senetance. I finally sat down and made myself read a whole low reading book (material). It was then that I was able to move on to higher grade reading. But I taught myself to do this. It was harder than people would think. I now am disabled, due to back problems. But, before that I succeeded to become a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant. I was amazed of the prestigious award I created for myself. I supported 200+ people in my position. Most were upper management in a Very Large and Well Known Company. (no names). Now, due to Thyroid Hormone issues, I can’t fulfill that position any longer. Memory issues. I know that I’m not ignorant, but need to exercise my memory skills. This is why I’m interested in your Website.
